Dave Clarkson

Dave Clarkson Is...

A talented musician with nearly 30 years of experience.  Dave is a self-taught drummer, who was able to parlay his gifts into a full scholarship to Liberty University as the drummer for Sounds of Liberty and an impressive resume as a semi-professional drummer in Charlotte, NC.  With Sounds of Liberty he toured the country with Jerry Falwell, Sr. to events like March for Life in D.C. and also played weekly for the televised Sunday Services at Thomas Road Baptist Church.

Since college Dave and his wife Cathie have served on staff at several churches in Charlotte including Hickory Grove Baptist, Christ Community Church and Steele Creek Church of Charlotte, their current church home. 

Dave is a patient and competent drum instructor as well as reliable and sought after professional drummer.
